CAMILLA AND MARC offers a seamless return process for all full-priced items within 15 days of delivery, ensuring your luxury shopping experience remains effortless. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective bags and branded boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Lodge your return at any authorized postal location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or credit will be processed within 5 business days of arrival.
